Neighbourhood plan drop in session

Be sure to look at the future plan for our village. On-line on the Brigstock Parish Council Site. Hard Copies can be seen at Genevieve's Tea Rooms, the doctors' surgery or 7, Church Street

There will be a "drop in" session at the village hall on September 5th from 7.00pm – 8.30pm to answer any of your queries

Agenda:
1. Open meeting - answer questions from any attendees
2. Minutes of last meeting and feedback from PC meeting
3 Feedback from any comments received
4. Plan and timescale for next stage

Length of meeting will depend if we get any attendees and when they turn up.

Ride and Stride

Ride and Stride - The annual church RIDE & STRIDE takes place this year on 9th September and Carl, Judy and Mike are planning to take part yet again! Please be generous with your sponsorship, which is shared between St. Andrew's and the Northamptonshire Historic Churches Trust.

If you would like to join the current participants and choose a route on that date around churches in Northamptonshire (or surrounding counties) then talk to Mike for more information.

St Peter's Stanion will be open between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for the Ride and Stride. There will be a coffee morning in the church between 10 a.m. and 12 noon please come along and enjoy some refreshments whilst supporting those taking part in the cycle ride

St Andrews Church

The Reverend Heather Lowe will be Instituted and Inducted as Rector and Alan Lowe will be Licensed as Associate Minister (Church Army) by the Bishop of Peterborough in St Andrews Church Brigstock on Sunday 10 September at 4 pm, congregation to be seated by 3.45 p.m. Please come along and celebrate the start of their new ministry in our benefice.

Coffee morning in aid of the Children's society

Coffee morning in aid of the Children's society:

All are welcome to a coffee morning on Monday 25th September 10am - 12 noon, at Plum Tree Cottage, Park Walk to raise money for the Children's society and to enable those who have a children's society collection box to have the money emptied and counted. Do please come along and enjoy a cuppa and a piece of cake.

If you have a Children's society collection box but are unable to make the coffee morning please can you give the box to either Lesley Blakely or Linda Ellison so that the money can be counted.
